I went to Dr Goad with the intention of getting one thing fixed, i was told that i needed another and was also billed a higher amount than my copay. i contacted the insurance company for some explanation they said that i was supposed to be refunded the additional money that i had overpaid. *keep in mind* what i was asked to pay was a "Copay," I did pay my co-pay but they bundled this other fee in there for something they used and disclosed it as my copay. This is highly unethical and it constitutes as fraud. I contacted the office back and they asked me to do a third appointment to follow up on a cleaning and that they would be maxing out my insurance so i would have to wait another year until i could get back to Mr Goad to fix the original reason i headed to the dentist at the first place. When asking about why i was told what i paid above my co pay the woman i spoke with well we just say that. She assured me she'd refile with the insurance company and get it fixed or refund me. Weeks went by i called back the woman was very rude no refund and still have the same problem which caused me to go there in the first place. thumbs down

Dr Goad gave me two crowns. The crowns have popped off twice each. The bite splint made for me was fit to my bottom teeth (usually it is for the top). As a result, I cracked an upper front tooth from the grinding against the splint! When I had the cracked tooth looked at by another dentist, I was shown via camera the gaps on my crowns. I had gaps from crown to tooth AND from crown to gumline. No wonder my crown kept coming off. My husband had impants for his from teeth, replacing a plate. The temps kept breaking. The permanent teeth popped off often. Dr Goad finally said that, as a last resort, he prayed for my husband. !!!!!! We have spent over $6,000 having my husband's dental work redone. I am looking at $2800 to have mine redone.

He gets a dental history by talking to you prior to the oral exam. His staff is very friendly and cheerful. He explains procedures very thoroughly and checks to make sure you are ok during the procedures.
