I was very anxious, as I had not been to a dentist in a very long time. His staff was kind, understanding, and professional. I would recommend Dr. Jeffrey Lide to anyone who wants personal concierge service. I was immediately put at ease. Class A service!

I went to Doctor Lide last year for replacement of crown of my front tooth. I read good reviews, when I met him he seemed like a knowledgeable person. My first crown on the same tooth was placed when I was 13/14 years old. I never had any problem with that. But since the first crown was 15/16 years old, the metal root started to show thru my gum. I discussed with Doctor Lide, and he suggested replacement of crown is very common and would last another 5/6 years. After the procedure the crown looked fantastic, it looked like a real tooth. Then within few weeks my gum got swollen, and started bleeding. I followed up with him, he said he left some cement between the crown and the gum. He cleaned up the cement. It was good for a month or so, then again my gum around that crown started bleeding. I followed up again. Same thing... extra cement. After that I went followed up 2 more times for same reason. 4 follow ups for same reason.....extra cement. The same problem appeared again for 5th time, I'm not going back to him again. I'm not a dentist, but I assume this is BAD dentistry. He is very good at explaining procedure, he seems to be very caring..... but I guess he is not good at placing crown. I spent $600-$700, on this procedur

I have problem teeth and Dr. Lide has done a great job. I first visited him to fix a bad crown installation from another Dentist. He did such a good job on it I find it difficult to tell which tooth was crowned. I have since gone to him for additional crowns and he did a great job. I also have had numerous fillings done that I have been very happy with. He is very easy going and helps me relax for the procedures. I really appreciate his help and his staff in getting through so much dental work.

Dr is alright, not really involved in your treatment. Will blame you for the faults of his staff. will find as many ways and reasons to bill you or your insurance as much as possible. Beware and make sure you check your bill.

About Hygienist: Gave a star bc I have no choice or I won't give her any. Courtney is snooty and arrogant to me and her coworkers. Her work sucked. Scraped up and made dents on the side of my teeth, nicked my gums that caused it to be swollen. Came back a week later since it got worse and she have a dirty look, office charged me over $300 for Dr. To poke my gums, indirectly blamed me for their malpractice! and gave a bottle of rinse which they billed to my insurance! a seriously!? needless to say, I will not be back and cancelled all future apts at this fraudulent and unprofessional office. Far from meeting my expectations.

Dr. Lide is by far the best dentist i have ever seen,which is a lot i came to him about five years ago with a bad set of teeth.He was very concerned about my teeth and started treatment on them.He is the best dentist if you do not like a lot of pain like me he is caring.He will be my dentist for life. Try him your teeth will thank you. Mark Sinclair

Seeing a dentist has never exactly been at the top of my "To Do" list,,,,, did the maintance ,,,, but FEARED having to walk thru those office doors should PAIN occure. I'm new to the area and reciently cracked a tooth..... a dear friend suggested Dr Lide. She tried to relax me insuring he was wonderful..... after 2 more days of orajel and asperin, I called his office to make an appointment. Was nervous to say the least, but as soon as I was greeted by the reciptionist..... I was "ok" being there. The hygenist... was so kind. Took me step by step of what to expect. Then Dr. Lide came in. Talked to me like we knew each other for years... then - poof--- it was over. @ days later I received a call from the office just "checking in" to make sure I was ok. From start to finish - thank you Dr. Lide.

I've had my teeth cleaned, a cavity filled, wisdom teeth removed with sedation, and Invisalign. Best dentist I've been to in my life and out of multiple cities. I would definitely recommend him because of his professionalism, willingness to work with finances, his great staff, humor, and chair side manner. :-) Definitely a triple A+++!

I would recommend Dr. Lide to others! Our family has successfully seen him for over 3 years. He and his staff assist us with elderly family members and show great kindness and professionalism. A cash discount has even been provided for them to help maintain their oral health!

I'm so happy that I have such a caring dentist like Dr. Lide! He and his staff have helped me and family for over five years and I couldn't be more pleased with his dentistry. My daughter was only 3 when she saw him for the first time and I can honestly say she has never been afraid to go for her regular check ups since she has always had a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend that you give him a try!

About Hygienist: We missed our regular hygienist on our last visit because she was out after having a baby, but we love her and can't wait to get back in to see her now that I hear she is back.

He reprimanded his staff in front of me for something very trivial. He left me in the chair a long time while he chatted with a friend about his weekend activities and plans. I was left sitting with a q tip with numbing substance on for an excessive length of time. His receptionist was condescending. He was great when first started his practice.Then his personal life interfered with his practice and all his staff turned over. I would not recomend to anyone now unless he shapes up!
