After numerous injections, tons of X Rays and failed dental splints from another TMJ "specialist", I found Dr. Riggs practice. He is not in my network but they always prepare forms for me to send to my insurance company and the results I've had are a vast improvement from the treatment I was receiving. Everyone in the office is so nice and they offer massage as well to help with head and neck tension that can contribute to jaw clenching and grinding. My insurance does not cover the massage, but they do apply some to my deductible.

Most insurance companies do not cover TMJ or splints, so that stinks. It was a lot of money, but my pain has GREATLY decreased! Thank you Dr. Riggs!!!!
