I was a patient for 13 years. Dr. Ferro"s priority was his patients. Since he build his new office, he has turned into a very greedy dentist. It's more about making money than concern for patient. I had an appt for routine dental. Office called 5 times to make sure I would show for appointment. I talked to Dr. Ferro, his explanation was they have to have the time slot filled if they don't there is money lost. I was very upset and because of that I advised I advised I would not be going to my appointment. I got a billed for 50.00 for not showing up to appointment. I have never heard of a 50.00 dollar no show appointment. He made a partial denture which cost me 500.00 which didn't include what my insurance paid. I went back to adjust my partial, and still not able to wear. I advised Dr. Ferro that I couldn't use, he said next step would be implant which I can't afford at 3,000.00. Now I am out of 500.00 and unable to use my partial denture. Both my husband and I now go to a friendly dentist whose concern is the need of his patient and not the money. Dr. Ferro is a very GREEDY dentist;. What a shame he started out to be a great dentist.

Dr. Ferro is very friendly and very reliable. Always gives it to you straight forward, but at the same time always willing to help. I have gone to see a few dentist over the years but I after visiting Dr. Ferro I never went anywhere else.

About Front Desk: The Front Desk staff has always been so nice and very friendly. One thing I loved was the receptionist was willing to help me choose the best insurance for not only coverage but that was affordable for me as well.

Good thing was there was very little wait time. HOWEVER, Dr. Ferro failed to review my patient history and the survey the office had me fill out, and failed to listen to me when I told him about certain things concerning my teeth. The result ended up costing me money. All because he didn't think listening to a woman was worth this time.

About Front Desk: The staff fails to respond to various communications. It's so frustrating that they simply won't answer basic questions. They also fought me on getting my dental records so I could go to a better dentist. My new dentist said it was against the law for them to withold my records like that.

About Hygienist: good enough; got the job done

Dr Ferro is the best DDS i have ever been to. He was gentle and very knowledgable. I recommend him to all my family and friends!!!!

Dr. Ferro Has been my family dentist for 10 years, i have had cleanings, fillings, and even a specialty mouth gaurd to keep me from grinding my teeth. He is always very proffesional but he always greets me like a part of his family. The work i have had done has always been done correctly the first time and i have always been very pleased with the end result. I highly recomend this doctor to everyone.

I have only seen this Doctor once. But I can promise you this is my new dentist!! He and his staff are very friendly. He is extremely patient and gentle. I hate going to the dentist but it was worth it. I had a tooth removed and did not feel any pain. Not even in the next few days did I have any pain. I highly recommend Dr. Ferro mostly to those who have a fear of dentists. You will love him as much as I do.

I have been going to Dr. Ferro for years. He is wonderful. I have no need to go to any other dentist but him. He is great in treating his patients.

About Hygienist: Victor is sensational! He is very gentle and super friendly. He even calls you personally to remind you about your upcoming appointments.

Dr. Ferro is very friendly and down to earth. He made me feel very at home and comfortable. He did a check up and saw several cavities. I came back a couple of weeks later and he took care of everything in one appointment. His office is nice and new. They take my insurance and they handled everything so it was very easy. I would recommend Dr. Ferro to anyone!
