I don't trust no other dentist! Richard Longoria is the only dentist I will go to. My extraction was fast & pain free.

My Experience: Extraction

Duration: Not sure but it wasn't long at all.

I normally dread the dentist he is truly amazing I have had two root canals and other minor work and never felt a thing. He and his staff are friendly and always mindful of their patients. I would recommend him to anyone

About Hygienist: This always seem to take too long for me it just seems like she is trying to find something wrong.

He is the best any where around san antonio for sure. He did my wires implants of her whole upper row of teeth. And not only did it give her very little discomfort but she has the most beautful smile I have ever seen. We are both more than satisfied with that, but to top it all off they did all the fighting with the insurace for us to get the best implants when the insurance only wanted the bare minimum. And are some of the most beautiful people I have ever met. And im not talking about looks, they're genuinely good people from the doc to ladies on front. They also did my root canal and only used one vicoden and only because he told me too take if I felt the numbing mess wearing off. I don't recomend alot of people for anything but this dentist knows what's be isdoing and most important cares about what he does and employs nothing but the same. Oh and I hardly pay for anything compared to any other dentist.

I've gone on and off (depending on my insurance coverage) for almost 20 years. He is the absolute best and I never hesitate to recommend him.

He is an amazing dentist never felt a thing when he did my root canal. He has also done work on my father, monther, brothers and my husband. He also did esthetic front teeth crowns on one of my family memeber they look great.

About Hygienist: All his hygienist do a wonderful job.

Dr. Longoria is a great dentist for kids. Mine have been going to him since 2003 and will swear they have never had a shot in his office. He and his staff are very patient with children, great bedside manner! They are all very professional and wonderful at what they do, my kids just love going to the dentist! That's a far cry from how I felt when I was young. I used to dread it! Can't say enough about the friendly staff, the great payment plans (I have one in braces) and their willingness to make you feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. It is NOT like a trip to the dentist is usually perceived.

About Hygienist: Jackie is great! I worried about going to her because I hadn't been to the dentist in a VERY long time. She told me not to worry, that she could take care of whatever was in there, and she did! Great personality, really makes you comfortable to be there!

I think he is OK with his work, but I feel he does not care about his patients very much, he only spend limited time with you and does not have enough time for your questions and concerns or he does not care enough to ask about all your concerns.

Dr. Longoria was recomended by family and I have only been to his office for the initial visit but his staff is friendly and he explains everything he thinks needs to be done. I am going to need quite alot of dental work, his staff took the time to explain what would and would not be covered by my insurance and what my options are. I have a printed copy of everything so I know what everything is going to cost. They did not try and sell me the most expensive options, they simply told me what was available and the cost difference. I will keep you posted..
