I come from Monterrey, Mexico and I needed a dentist here in town. Fortunatelly, I found Dr. Sergio Montero, who is the BEST ever. Best Dentist, best staff, and over all, very HONEST!!! no over charging for uneccessary treatments.

Dr. Montero and his whole staff are friendly and compassionate. They always make sure you are comfortable and take their time. If you are having pain they get you in immediately. Everyone I have ever recommended him to is now a regular patient.

Dr. Montero is a kind and sensitive dentist. Throughout my dental work with him, he has made me feel comfortable at all times. He is always considerate and ensures patients are treated immediately for any problems that arise. He is so incredible gentle, I would recommend him to anyone who is a little jittery about going to the dentist.
He has a very clean office, an attentive staff, and the most up to date equipment. He is unfailingly patient, well-informed, calm and knowledgeable about the most current treatment options and treats his staff with the same respect he gives his patients.
Dr. Montero always thoroughly explains everything and does all in his power to get it covered by your insurance!
This doctor is the best ever!!!

Dr. Montero is the BEST dentist in the San Antonio area. He is very patient and warm-hearted. The office is very clean and customer service is outstanding. I had my wisdom tooth removed and felt "no pain" after the extraction. I actually felt 100% better the same afternoon. Dr. Montero is truly one of a kind. He always gives you details about your teeth and your treatment plan. He is also a perfectionist and isn't happy until he gets things just right. I can guarantee that you will feel comfortable with Dr. Montero.
