Dr Pfeiffer, was rude he did a bridge for me and a partial. Well I had to have the whole bridge redone because he did not get the margins correct I had a huge gap between my gum and tenth. He also did fillings and left the decay under those teeth. The partial he made did not fit and when I called about it he told me that he already did enough work on it and to find a new dentist. Which I have done but had to put out another $5000 dollors. He is rude and gets angry very easy . I want all my money back for my bridge and for the so called filling. I don't want him to credit my insurance since that wa ssh my money that they used. I have two other dentist that agree that it was a bad bridge and a ben worse partial. I would recommend people who care about thier teeth be very cautious about his work. My husband is retried army and this is how he treats thier spouse's. I will be asking ffmy money back since I was under his care 4yars

We've tried several dentists since moving to San Antonio and have been surprisingly unimpressed. Finally, we found an excellent, well rounded dentist! First of all, the facilities are very nice and clean, without feeling stale. It is a relaxing environment with the building kind of tucked in the trees. Second, the staff is very kind and welcoming. You don't feel rushed at all, but everyone seems very confident and organized about their role. All of their equipment seems extremely current.. and up to date with technology. And most importantly, Dr. Pfeiffer is extremely trustworthy, experienced and knowledgeable. This is our new dentist in San Antonio for as long as we live here.

About Hygienist: Both of the hygienists seem exceptional. This is a family run office and you get the feeling that everyone is very carefully picked and has been there for years! Todd was extremely gentle and did a very thorough job. Spent ample time consulting with me on any and all issues! Super personable!

The doctor was referred to me by 3 different people so I figured he must be good. He went out of his way to get me any appt w/ an endodontist so that I wouldn't have to wait in pain the whole w/e. He went over and beyond. He was able to fit me in quickly after the endodontist and his work was excellent.

I have been seeing Dr. Pfeiffer for 19 years for my dental work. Along with painless dentistry I love the fact Dr. Pfeiffer keeps up with technology. I always feel as if I'm getting the very best. I love not seeing my old silver fillings when I laugh and can thank him for my new white smile, and my 2 teenagers will never have to fear going to the dentist. The fact that I NEVER have to wait very long in the waiting room is a big plus and I am remembered as a person not just a name. I tried an 'out of network' dentist once to maximize my insurance benefits but it is 'NOT' worth the few dollar difference. Highly recommended!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile, a coffee bar, and a television to watch while you wait. Although the only time I get to watch it is if I get there early. They pretty much run on time. Dr. Pfeiffer and his staff are very courteous, gentle, and caring. I always leave their very satisfied and like I just got through visiting a loved family member.

I have over 30+ years serving the US Army Dental Corps, retiring in 1991. Many local dentist served along with me in the Army. Dr. Pfeiffer has never served in the Army. I sought a dentist who had a good repution among his peers, kept curent in his practice through contiuning educational courses. Dr. Pheiffer came highly recommed from previous members of the US Army Dental Corps, an members of the staff at UTSA Dental School etc.., I have now seen him on several occasions for various geneal dentistry services. His office and equipment are state of the art, he has good repore with his patients, a dedicated ancillary staff with patient interest at heart. I highly recommend Dr. Pheiffer and base this recommendation on personal knowledge of hundreds if not thousands of dentist that I have been accquainted with over the years.
