. Hart Lee is a careless and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL dentist! He does not care about his patients and has no problem letting them know that he doesn't. I informed him of my personal phobia of going to the Dentist. I am and have been terrified for years whenever I had to see the Dentist. During each visit, as he drilled away at my teeth, he complained about "more important things he could be doing right now." Each appointment I was there for over six hours listening to him complain about, "I could be at home with my family right now" or "let's hurry up and get this done. I have to get to Kinkos before they close."
I have paid nearly $1,000 ($80 I just learned was just for a two minute "tutorial" session on how to floss and brush my teeth) with this Dentist and the way I treated yesterday baffled and shocked me! After four visits with him, yesterday was my VERY LAST APPOINTMENT! He was suppose to finish the Deep Cleaning procedure on the left side of my mouth as well as a filling. I called and spoke with the receptionist ahead of time informing her that I was running late; HOWEVER, I will still be there for my appointment. Well, when I arrived to the office she informed me that Dr. Lee refused to work on my teeth unless I pay HIS $75 late fee?! I was already paying another $400 (that I did not have) for this appointment and now he was charging me an extra fee because and I quote, "he's upset for having to wait for me. He could've been doing other things."
I cried my eyes out because everyone in that office knew my financial situation and how badly I wanted to get this proedure done and over with! I asked to speak with Dr. Lee and he told the receptionist to inform that he will not speak with me or complete the treatment until I paid his PERSONAL late fee! While still crying and asking what am I do about the other side of my mouth that's infected? I was told to find another Dentist.
Dr. Hart Lee is rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate and a scam artist! He over charged me, refused to complete his service and dismissed me without any remorse. If you are someone like me, someone who has a fear of the Denist derserves a professional, caring and HONEST Dentist with whom you can trust. Dr. Lee is NOT that person.
By the way, during each visit, he kept begging me to give him a "great" review on Yelp as others have given him nothing but "bad" reviews. It made me concerned because I didn't know why he kept baggering me about giving him a "great" review so I've checked Yelp along with many other sites such as: Dr. Oogle; it appears Dr. Lee has a long reputation of this type of behavior. I wish I would've researched him before trusting him with my money as well as my dental health. I am now in the process of finding another Dentist who can finish my procedure. I advise you not to take these reviews lightly and DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Good luck.

I can't believe this place..my husband have HMO and needs to come to this office. This is the first time he come to this office and all he want is a regular clean teeth. They did his x-rays and say they found something inside and wants to see his previous x-rays from his other dentist before they can clean his teeths. So a few weeks he got the photo x-rays from his previous dentist, and took half day off back to this office, but they refuse to clean his teeth again, because they say they need the whole set!! Omg, this is so retard, the first office won't clean his teeth because of some x-rays ! Never coming to this officer again
About Front Desk: Wrost front desk. I try to call for a Saturday appt on 08-15-2013, they told me all saturday is brook for August..so i say can you please put if for Sept..she say no, call back on Sept..bad attidute not to mention it.

I have been going to Dr. Hart Lee for 26 years and have been extremely happy. I have had him do cleanings, fillings, capped a tooth, and did the second half of an implant proceedure. I am a big baby when it comes to dentists, needles, and pain but he accomplished all of this virtually painlessly. His chair-side manner couldn't be more comforting and he always puts me at ease. He has come to his office late at night to take care of dental emargencies I have had, such as breaking a tooth. He cares very much about his patients and will take care of someone who is in pain right away. Yes, this sometimes means that someone who is not an emergency might have to wait a bit longer, but you'll really appreciate it when YOU'RE the one who needs immediate help. I could not recommend him more highly. Oh, and I have two sons who have gone to Dr. Lee their whole lives. He makes them feel calm and as happy as a kid can be who is getting dental work. My youngest son has terrible teeth and is not afraid to go to the dentist at all.

I had deep cleaning of my full mouth and replacement of three fillings. Overall, the procedure was a success. Dr. Lee is very professional and takes his work very seriously. Dr. Lee is very no-nonsense about his job - almost to the point where I felt that he was unfeeling. I do recommend Dr. Lee for patients who want professional, efficient, and good quality dentistry. I would caution patients who need a sympathetic, gentle, and supportive dentist.

What a great guy! My teeth were stained and ugly. His work gave me a real boost ot confidence.

The staff is friendly. The reception office is nice and clean. The office is open late. Once I walk inside to where the dental work is done everything changes. I remember my very first visit. the doctor did not even introduce himself! He just came in and asked me to open up so he could take a look. I was not happy with my treatment. I like to be informed, but the doctor doesn't like questions and sometimes made me feel that my questions are stupid. I admit sometimes patients ask stupid things, but a good, caring doctor answers ALL questions in an informative and assuring manner. This is propably the least pleasant time I've had in a dentist office. I only stayed because I had to finish the treatments I started.

The people in the office are not friendly at all. Do not go to this office unless you have a poor HMO plan and no other choices

Seems like he cares about dental health. He seems a little tough on his new dental assistants. However, appears to be because he cares that they learn and do a good job. He isn't too pushy about getting work done and will answer your questions if you have concerns.

Dr. Lee is a careless dentist. I was there for a full month check up and I needed a lot of work done. He didn't explain to me what kind of work was required and treated patients really rude. I called ahead of time to cancel an appointment but when I went back the next time he charged me $100 for canceling my appointment. I was in the middle of the procedures so I decided to pay for it. I thought after the most needed procedure I could change dentist. He demanded that I paid for the follow up ahead of time. I asked why I needed follow up and he said it was to check if treatment well we and demanded that I paid for my follow up at the current visit. I told him that I want this procedure done because I am in the middle of it and I might not need to come back. He said if I wasn't coming back he will not fix my teeth for me and he already started part of the treatment. I said I already paid $100 for canceled appointment but he rudely told his receptionist in chinese to give her the damn money back. He was not professional and doesn't care about his patient's dental treatmeat at all. The receptionist just told me to go get dental treatment immediately because I had only temperary fill in and my teeth could fall out.
