My experiences with Dr. Cho, the hygenists, the dental assistants, and the office staff have been very positive and pleasant. I have the impression Dr. Cho uses the most up to date dental equipment and techniques for her patients. My husband and I have been very happy with the dental work she has done for us. I would recommend Dr. Cho to others seeking a dental office with a very competent dentist, and a professional support staff.
About Front Desk: 5 Stars Elizabeth and Reina are great assets to the office - their friendly manner, ability to establish a pleasant atmosphere and help with spontaneous scheduling is commendable.
About Hygienist: 5 Stars Lisa - extremely knowledgeable, competent, and thorough - the best cleaning I've ever had!

Without question the worst dental experience either my wife or I have ever had. All of the crowns done by Dr. Cho, both on me and my wife have come out and had to be replaced by another dentist. Her assistant was incompetent. She vastly overcharged for the procedures, so much so that our insurance co. made her refund much of our payment.

My husband and I spent 9 thousand dollar on 7 crowns. All of mine had to be re-done because they were seated improperly. It was painful during the treatment and even more so after.All three of my husbands permanent crowns popped off after 2 months. Although we were referred by our HMO nothing Claire Cho did was covered. Now I'm in pain and debt I have to have 2 root canals as a result of her poor work!

I had a wonderful experience with dr. cho and her staff. Everyone was extremely nice and made me feel so comfortable. Unlike some dentists, she actually showed me my x rays on a state-of -the-art plasma screen and pointed out all the cavities. She did not make me feel bad or ashamed for having so many cavities like some other dentists have done. After the exam, Elizabeth talked to me about the fees and how much my insurance would cover. When i found that my coverage was very limited, she was so helpful by showing me other ways to pay for everything, including an in office savings program. They even offered my boyfriend bottled water while he waited. When i told them that i was running short on time, they did everything they could to get my out on time. I mean, she literally started running! Not only was the staff so nice and thorough, the facilities were beautiful!! Everything was TOP quality and sparkling clean. I would recommend dr. cho and her staff to everyone!!

Dr. Cho just changed my life completely! All my friends and family are amazed to look at my new perfect Smile! I really thank her and her staff for this amazing job and one of the best part was that I needed to commit only two trips for this whole procedure. Throughout the treatment, I haven't had any uncomfortable situattion. The instruction was all very clear as to follow! I would strongly recommend Dr. Cho!

Dr. Claire Cho was an amazing dentist. I've had a lot of bad experiences with dentists but Dr. Cho and her staff put me at complete ease. Dr. Cho is extremely experienced with cosmetic dentistry and the results were amazing. Plus, her office is beautiful, it looks very similar to a first class hotel. I highly recommend her
