I've been a patient of Dr. Shapiro for years. He's really a good doctor. On my recent visit I was surprised to see a blonde lady sitting at the front desk. She seemed nice when I arrived, BUT, when it came time to check out, she talked to me like I was a 3 yr old. She acted like I didn't know what work I had done. Then wouldn't stop talking long enough for me to ask how much I had to pay. When I go back for my next appointment if the blonde is there I will walk out and not go back. My friends who go to Dr. Shapiro feel the same way. Please Dr. Shapiro bring back the other lady you had there, she's a real asset to your office.

I recently went to Dr. Shapiro with a tooth ache. When I called the girl at the front desk asked if I can come in right away and she would get me to see the dr. When I got to the office, I saw the woman I talked to and all I can say is she's a real beautiful and smart woman. She got me back to see the dr within 5 minutes of my arrival. Dr Shapiro fixed my tooth and I left. I just want to give a million thanks to that beautiful woman at the front desk for getting me asap.

I am very satisfied with the services he provided. The cost was reasonable, I suppose (granted that no dental work is cheap - ever). The most important thing to me was that I never had a problem with the fillings after they were put in place. I've heard many stories from other people who had to have their procedures redone because their dentists didn't do a good job the first time around; this is definitely not the case with Dr. Shapiro. I also found out that one of my colleagues at work and her husband have been Dr. Shapiro's patients for many years now.

I called Dr Shapiro's office to make an appointment that I thought wouldn't be scheduled until weeks later. To my surprise, his staff suggested that I come in right away if possible, due to a last minute cancelation. Upon arrival, the service was excellant, although my first impression of his facility almost had me turn around and walk out the door. The facility looked like a war zone. I inquired as to why the place looked disarrayed and was told that the facility was under current remodeling. The great service and the caring of the staff kept me there for the next 45 minutes enabling me to get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Shapiro was caring and I would recommend him to others.

Dr. Shapiro has helped me a lot! He is next to painless and he is so smooth. He explains what he is planning to do, and what he is doing. He explains the options you have and the benefits to all the choices prior to doing the work. The staff are very friendly and professional, which is very important to me. The prices are reasonable. They always take me back on time. I refer patients to him all the time. I have had two previous jaw surgeries, braces, crown, tooth extractions, all before I met Dr. Shapiro. So I have experienced plenty of dental / oral pain. He is the best so far as dentists go. If it is actually possible to look forward to going to the dentist, I would want to go to him the most. I still don't floss much .... but hey nobody's perfect.

After moving new to the area, I've begun my dental search, my first was lack luster. Dr. Shapiro was not upfront with his costs, as I sat in the chair he ice picked my skull it felt like, and was by no means gentle. My last hygenist at least took the effort to floss my teeth for the routine cleaning, Dr. Shapiro took no such preventative maintanence but charged my beacoup $$$ for minimal treatment. I would advise against. On the positive the office staff was very upbeat and friendly, and was ready to assist in any way possible. bottom line, when the dentist has opening the week you call be wary. ; ) Seemed like Dr. Shapiro was out after the $$$$$ rather than giving you what you actually needed.

Dr. Shapiro is a good dentist. He really is a painless dentist. The only thing different is not about him but, his office, the waiting room is very dull. If you're nervous about going to the dentist, like most of us are I'd advise you to take a walk man with you just to help calm you down while you're waiting, since the waiting room doesn't help.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Shapiro's and I must say he's not only a good dr. but, also a painless one. His staff is great. Especially the girl at the front desk, she's very nice and always has a smile on her face. She was a great help in helping me straighten out my insurance. If you're going to go to Dr. Shapiro make an early appointment, so this way you can get a parking spot.

My family has used Dr Shapiro for a number of years and I can honestly say that he is as painless a dentist as you will ever find. I was surprised to discover that he does cleanings himself vice having a Hygienist do them; nice touch ! In addition, his entire staff is pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
