Dr. Ma is very pleasant and the offices are very comfortable and well-appointed. My complaints have more to do with the quality of the actual products. I had several crowns placed and was unhappy with the quality as one cracked withing two weeks and the color match was not acceptable. I commented on the obvious "margin" between the crown and gumline on one and said that I did not want the crown placed if this was going to be there. After being assured that it would not be there once cemented into place the margin was still there. On complaint I was told by the dental assistant to "brush down." After more than $5000 worth of work and two more fractured crowns I now find myself seeking another dentist who can correct this work. The pleasant surroundings and employees do not make up for sub-standard work.
