I was with Dr. Keats when she was in Fox Mill estates. She told all her clients that she was "retiring." My guess is she moved on to do more damage to other unsuspecting patients! Because of her 'work" I have had to have the bridge replaced that she did, the crown replaced-including a root canal, another crown redone. Shoddy workmanship. She did my cleaning and I brush better than she cleans.
She did my husbands front veniers-two of them fell off and another cracked. Stay clear!

Fairly good service. Good recommendation for dental surgerant. Made right suggestion for my dental needs. I don't know whether the cost is high or low because it's covered by the insurance, I have the high coverage option.

I don't recommend Dr. Keat. Her replacement of my filling will need to be redone. She is very chatty while you are in the chair, and it can be hard to keep up your end of the conversation! Finally, and most importantly, I was not impressed with the office billing procedures. I was billed for x-rays I didn't have, and when I asked about the error, I was told that the office had already been reimbursed by my insurance company. Rather than add messy paperwork, could they do xrays at my next visit for free? I thought this was unethical. I won't be going back to Dr. Keat.

She's done general cleaning and filled a couple cavities. She's done a root canal and crown.
Praise: convenient, appointments are not a hassle. You get in, you get out. She's competent and her work seems to hold up.
Complaints: She doesn't have a light touch or much of a chair-side manner. Her equipment isn't the latest.

I'm pleased the other reviewer had a favorable experience with Ms. Keat. I decided to go there because the facility is close to my home. She personally cleaned my teeth. Before she started, I thought, "Wow! A dentist who does the cleaning, too. It will be a good one." WRONG! Ms. Keat was so incredibly violent with my mouth that she actually scraped off a piece of my gum, and left my mouth aching and bleeding. Not just a little bit either! I have perfect teeth and have been complimented my entire life by dentists about my oral hygiene, so there is no excuse for this to have occurred. Needless to say, I have never been back, and I'm so happy I tried her out before I took my child there.
I hope that my experience was the rarity.

Dr. Keat took over from Dr. Ron Shaboski when he retired. She and her staff are very professional AND pleasant. She has done fillings and extractions for me and I will be getting a crown next week. My daughter will get her "crowns" from her after Dr. Graves is finished with the implant portion of the treatment. I highly recommend her.
