I started going to Dr. Hardin 20 years ago after a dentist told me I would need extensive dentistry done and I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Hardin expained to me the difference between perfect teeth and those that would serve me well for my lifetime. He saved me thousands of dollars on treatments that were unnecessary. I have been extremely happy with his work and he has never steered me wrong. I was petrified of the dentist when I started going to him, now I genuinely like going because I trust it will be a pleasant and painless experience .
I have had bridges, caps, root canals, fillings, bleaching, you name it. He has done a great job on everything.
Oh and he is a really personable person as well!!

Wonderful dentist! I went to Dr. Hardin after dodging dentists for 7 years! I just knew that I had cavities. To my surprise I didn't. He's a good honest dentist with great customer service!

Dr. Hardin provides personal service, on time, and high quality work. When was the last time you had the denist do your teeth cleaning?!!?! Royal treatment but a royal price.

The staff is very cordial and amiable, Dr. Hardin is a bit harsh on the gums, which inevitably leads to some pain and blood during a normal cleaning.

I had my dental cleaning and checkup 6 years ago with Dr. Michael Hardin. After that checked up, Dr. Hardin told me that I had seven cavities and set up an appointment to do the treatment. So I went home, did some reading and checked my teeth with mirror. And I did not see any sign of cavity. So I called Dr. Hardin and asked him where my cavities were. He told me I needed to trust a dentist with trained eyes. I could not trust him. So I paid $40 to have another dentist to check my teeth. And no cavity was found. Therefore I canceled all the appointment with Dr. Hardin for my cavities. That was six years ago. My teeth are still free of cavities. I believe if he would tell me I had one cavity instead of seven cavities, I would probably asked him to do the procedure. I just could not image what my teeth would look like if I had Dr. Hardin to do the cavity procedure on my teeth.

Dr. Hardin's operation is very low-key, low-stress but he is very efficient in his use of time and gives you all the time you need to ask questions. I'd been overseas for some years and was worried a little about my dental health. I thought that an American dentist would take that information, look at my mouth and prescribe an aggressive (read: expensive) course of treatment of crowns and root canals, but it became clear that Dr. Hardin does not believe in treating problems that don't exist yet. Not that he doesn't believe in prevention, but for those who don't want (and frankly don't need) a dental make-over, Dr. Hardin is your guy.
