she is very calm. the atmosphere is great. very clean office, feels like a spa. staff are very good specially Louise.

very expensive which probably pays for the fancy oversized office for one doctor. had a lot of pain and had to go on a second course of antibiotics. chair-side manner is lacking along with no follow up phone call that was scheduled! the dental assistant was the best, the only friendly person there she gets 4 stars.
About Front Desk: didn't know what she was doing. she should have had what the dental insurance covered instead of giving an incorrect balance of what I owed since I paid in full the day of the procedure, to then be surprised by a statement in the mail that said I owed more after she said I was all set! also typed my phone number in system incorrectly and she left a voicemail on somebody else's phone, only found out cause I called to,reconfirmed my appt.

The office is a very soothing, comfortable place. Dr. Alikhani is very knowledgable and the staff is very friendly.

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Alikhani and her staff. I am in the dental field myself and would not hesitate to recommend her to my patients. I found Dr. Alikhani to be extremely kind and professional and have been very pleased with the quality of work I recieved.

I was refered by my dentist who saw an infection on an x-ray. Dr. Alikhani poked and used hot and cold water to inflict pain and then decided there was no infection. I left and the infection raged and I was almost hospitalized. I went to another specialist who immediately read the problem and saw the infection on the x-ray. After emergency ivs and finally an emergency procedure I lost the tooth. It took me weeks to recover and I could not eat at Thanksgiving. To add insult to injury the office staff tried to chase me out the door for a payment when I was rushing to get the iv of antibiotics to avoid hospitalization. One of the worst medical experiences of my life. I would rather travel to a third world country for dental care than go back here. No one in may family will be refered here.

Dr. Alikhani treated my son and is still treating him and has been a delight. She is professional and kind, and the office staff is superior to anything I have ever expereinced--truly.
The offices are nice enough that I would like to remodel my house to resemble them.
I highly recommend that patients in the south shore area seek her services when in need of specialized dental care.

I was very nervous when I arrived. The office staff was very nice about it. The office was quiet and relaxing which really helped. The doctor saw me on time, which was good because I was getting more nervous. The whole thing turned out really well and I won't be too worried about anoother root canal if god forbid I ever need another one.
I really recommend this doctor. I took the time to write this review because I want other people like me who are afraid of having root canals to know they can go to a friendly endodontist and not have to deal with the pain and worry.
