Dr. Wu always takes time to explain different treatment options. He is also very efficient when performing procedures. Generally, dental visits cause me stress, but Dr. Wu gets the job done fast which helps to lower my anxiety level. He also takes time to get to know his patients! He often chats with me and he is also pretty humorous. Being distracted also helps with my anxiety. I had a crown done, a few cavities filled by Dr. Wu. My family also goes there for general cleaning.
The office is nice with a large parking lot at the back. The staff always greets me with a smile. The receptionist is also very knowledgeable and she takes time to explain to me my insurance payment plan, options etc.
I have been going to Dr. Wu for 5 years now, and now my family also goes to him. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wu to others.

I have known Dr Wu for 7 years and he fixed multiple cavities and did two crowns for me. In general, he gets the job done and helps you understand the treatment procedures. But his technique is rather coarse and not the best. He seems to lack the subtleness to handle some rather simple cases. To fix one of my cavities, he drilled off a large piece on top of the moler and put a filling across it from one end to the other. It fixed the problem but the cost was too high. For one of the crowns he did for me, there is a gap between the bottom edge of the crown and the gum. Now when I floss the gum always bleeds.
He did a one-tooth denture for my wife. It was high in the beginning so my wife went to him for adjustment. He trimmed the bottom of the denture to make it shorter. But he trimmed it too much so that the denture is much lower than the neighboring teeth. My wife can't use it to bite. I would say the denture was a failure but he didn't do one to replace it.
His cost is not high, but his staff likes to milk our insurance and charge fees that should not be charged. Our insurance company in turn asked us to pay the charge, and my wife had to spend a lot of time clarifying things. It was really awful.
