I just completed getting my porcelain veneers and I am so happy! The care that was given to me was outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone.

Took 2 months just to get an appt. Took 4 months waiting in temps given the Dr. schedule was too busy. The crowns did not fit my teeth. Had to get her work redone and she would not refund me. Buyer beware, this dentist is all about the money, not about the patient. All these other ratings here were placed by her own office. If it looks too good to be true, it is.

There are not words to convey my THANKS and GRATITUDE to Dr. Lynn Jones in Bellevue,Wa. The care and compassion that I have received from this dental office has been exemplary and definitely a cut- above- the- rest.
I went to Dr. Jones with some very difficult dental issues (phobia, GAG reflex, hyper-sensitivity to pain, un-responsive to Novocaine, severe decay,) these issues historically made it very difficult for traditional dentists to treat me.
Unfortunately, I will not claim that my extensive dental restoration has been without pain. For most of us would agree most dental procedures are not painless. However, with Dr. Jone's ability to use I.V. sedation any dental process can be reduced to after treatment discomfort instead of full blown chair anxiety as a person clenches the arms of the chair waiting for the next painful assault in their mouth to occur.
Because of Dr. Lynn Jones, I no longer look in the mirror and think about how my teeth got to where they were, I look at the beautiful gift someone gave to me. Dr. Lynn Jones gave me the gift of smile.
I will forever appreciate Dr. Jone's incredible skills, talent, compassion, professionalism, understanding and her non-barbaric ways of traditional dentistry.

About Hygienist: Every staff member in this dental office needs to be acknowledged for they are all wonderful, they truly make you feel like you are the only patient in the office. They are professional, punctual and truly care about your dental experience. *IF YOU NEED A DENTIST-IT DOES NOT GET BETTER THAN THIS OFFICE*

Do not go to Dr Jones for full mouth reconstruction, she didn't give me a functional bite!

Dr Jones is a truly fantastic and gifted professional! After given me a thorough examination, she accurately diagnosed my bite and restoration problems. Then she magically corrected my bite using deprogrammer and temporaries. All the procedures were pain/anxiety free. She strives for the perfect fit both functionally and esthetically. She did all the work very thoughtfully and carefully from the impression to the last adjustment. After the procedure, she also called me to check if everything was fine.
Dr Jones has a terrific chair-side manner and always takes time to answer questions. She is not only extremely skilled, knowledgeable, kind, gentle, caring, but also has a personal sincerity and devotion to her patients. Her level of integrity is unmatched. I believe she is the BEST and will eventually create an incredible smile for me.
Dr Jones' office has a relaxing spa-type atmosphere and the staff are marvelous. I was amazed at how deep Beverly (at the front desk) touched me, understood me and comforted me. She is absolutely dedicated and deeply cares about the patients and excellently addressed all my concerns and questions. I was also very impressed by Vince and Elle's (assistants) very gentle manner and first class job
About Hygienist: Judy (hygienist) is the best hygienist I have ever seen. She is very friendly and extremely thorough and gentle.

Doctor Jones is extremely professional, as well and kind and gentle. Her work is superb and her intire staff just wonderful. I couldn't have been treated any better and would highly reccomend her. The veneers are beautiful and my husband loves them too.
