Dr Warren smokes cigarettes & it's difficult to be comfortable smelling this while in the chair. Her approach to dentistry is "it will cost less than a new Porsche", which I believe is her car in the parking lot. Temporary fell out 3 times.

This dentist filled three cavities. I was left in extreme pain and called her (as instructed). No one returned my call. Eventually I received an appointment and was told "the filling substance was inferior." She referred to me as her bad penny and struggled with the fillings and then had her dental hygenist finish the work. I was left in extreme pain. I went to another dentist who correctly fixed my "bite" and sent me onto an endodontist. Eventually I had 3 root canals on those teeth and learned each one had a hematoma that could have only occured because the dentist drilled into my root.
About Hygienist: Her office manager shields her and keeps all calls from going to her.

Being one of those individuals who really did not like going to the dentist Dr. Warren and staff have given me a new dental perspective. Along with great service and understanding.
The staff is great, from front to back. While I am still not saying oh great I have a dental appointment I have turned the corner because of Dr. Warren and her staff. Thanks all of you.

Dr. Warren and her staff really do a great job making customers feel comfortable. They try hard to minimize pain in their procedures. They are interested in selling cosmetic procedures, however. The facilities are very clean and the front desk staff is very welcoming.

I never thought I'd be writing a positive review for a dentist, but I almost look forward going to this dentist (I say "almost" cuz, hey, no matter how great the dentist, it's still the dentist, you know?). Everyone in the office is so sweet and nice. I love it when Christie comes in, singing her heart out, or when Robin holds my hand just cuz I don't do needles well. The customer service in Dr Rosemary's office surpasses any that I've seen in any industry.
First dentist ever to offer me n gas - makes an unpleasant task a little more tolerable.
I can't say enough - I've recommended this office to anyone that asks or says they need a dentist.

Dr. Warren and her staff are beyond wonderful. I had a dentist perform horrible work as a child, and they have saved alot of my teeth. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Warren is very personable and professional. Her staff is kind and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure I'm comforable, and they're up to date on all the latest dentist gadgetry, it seems.

The very first time I went to Dr. Warren, I had my teeth cleaned. Unfortunately, her hygenist chipped one of my veneers during a routine cleaning. I then had 3 fillings and two crowns (molars) done by Dr. Warren. The first 2 fillings were done by her dental assistant, who at the time I didn't know that she wasn't a dentist. The assistant did such a poor job that it was so painful for me to even bite into a soft tomato. I had to get the fillings removed and put in sedative fillings to calm the teeth down. I then had to go back for the third time to have Dr. Warren redo the fillings. It took Dr. Warren four times to get one of my crowns fitted correctly. The first 3 times, she overlooked my gum line and didn't make sure that the crown enclosed the entire tooth -- leaving room for sensitivity. On the 3rd and 4th time, I asked not to be numbed and beared through the procedure because I lost faith in her and wanted to make sure that the crown was fitted properly. Dr. Warren is a very nice lady, but beware --she often delegates some of her work, that should be performed by a dentist, to her assistants who are not. Dr. Warren needs to focus on quality and results.

My wife and I have used Dr Warren for about ten years. I liked the relaxed and friendly atmosphere there, as well as the high successful rate of treatment .

I've been with Dr. Warren for several years. She has a wonderful staff, very competent, and the results are always great. They take very good care of their patients. My veneers are beautiful! Highly recommend.
