Dr. Kim is a good dentist, but the customer service is horrible. Every time I come in for an appointment, there are new assistants, meaning less experience. I'v never seen an assistant there twice.

About Front Desk: There was no front desk staff. Dr. Kim and his assistants would occasionally come out to ensure patients that they weren't forgotten. It was quite annoying because I waited much longer than necessary.

About Hygienist: My hygienist was so inexperienced and it took her multiple tries for everything. She could not work the equipment, take xrays correctly, and flossed my teeth with so much force that my eyes teared up. She was not gentle at all.

Best dentistry experience of my life. My husband and I have had checkups, fillings, and a root canal, and it went very well, no pain after the procedures, and no issues.

I would recommend this doctor, very genital, very clean . I promise this will be the best experience you have had. He takes a personal touch when working on you. I have had a root canal and implants done. I appreciate him as a dentist.

Root canal what an awsome experience and i do not even like going to see the Dentist but Dr Kim has made me a believer,he is a keeper no pain at all.

Dr. Kim is an excellent dentist. (I couldn't get the Star rating to work -- but he gets 4 stars). My brother is a dentist and my mother worked for a dentist and I'm 71, so I've known my share of dentists. Dr. Kim is professional, informative, calming, and extremely competent. I recommend him to everyone.

About Hygienist: Hygienists are top notch. Very attentive to your comfort.

i'm an extremely fearful patient, having had many bad experiences. dr kim is patient, kind, thorough, and best of all, i NEVER FELT A THING!! not even the novocaine injection. i'm never changing dentists again. sharon at the front desk and all the hygienists are wonderful too. highly recommended
