Although a good dentist, felt he is expensive.
The receptionist is a gossip, and presumes a lot. Taking to friends on the phone rather than helping patients. Billing was an issue. Due to her late claims to the insurance company months later after the treatment.

I have been going to Dr. Ritola for years and I have always been 100% satisfied with the cleaning and the occasional work. He and his friendly staff are outstanding with my kids and they actually like going to see him!

Wonderful Experience. The treatment was timely and the front desk staff has always gone the extra mile to ensure that my bills are taken care of by the insurance company.
About Hygienist: Incredible Hygienists. The number 1 reason I keep coming back.

I would say Dr. Ritola is an excellent Doctor, he's gentle at working, caring and very professional.
But, the customer service from the Office staff is poor, she needs to follow up on appointments.

I absolutely love this guy! Kevin and his staff provide a very warm and comforting environment. I drive 25 miles to see him even after I moved. I have referred four of my friends/family to see them and I would recommend you check him out!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Ritola and I was amazed about how great the service was!
When I first entered I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was very helpful.
Next I met with the young lady who cleaned my teeth and she was awesome! They only have one dental hygenist since they focus more on the service for their patients other than how many they can help in one day. She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She walked me through all the steps she was doing. The service was very thorough and detailed. Some of the procedures were a first for me ...ex: how they number the health of my gums...actually very interesting.
Overall it was the best dentist expierence ever and have already recommended them to all of my friends. If you are looking for a new denist you must try these guys out!!!

I have always enjoyed going in to see Dr Ritola and his staff. They have been very accomodating for emergencies and have given referrals to excellent dentist for specialty work. Debie at the front desk is wonderful and gets to know you personally.
I can not comment on prices, because of good insurance, but I have gotten a lot of help with understand my expenses and being able to plan for them.
