I recently visited this office after my daughter was untreatable at our family denist. Nice staff and office my daughter especially liked the video games and the play area. The staff seemed very experienced with kids and made me feel very comfortable. Over all our experience was pleasant and I appreciated Dr.Chuangs attentiveness to my self and my daughter I would recommend this office to anyone with small children.

Dr Chuang was the only dentist willing to take my adult developmentally delayed daughter as a patient. She was treated with respect and dignity. The staff was able to communicate with her well. We were very satisfied with the entire experience. I would highly recommend this office

DR. CHUANG SAW MY 12 YEAR OLD WHO HAS BEEN APPREHENSIVE IN DENTAL OFFICES IN THE PAST. HE NEEDED SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS TO GET ALL THE WORK DONE THAT HE NEEDED. DR. CHUANG WAS ABLE TO RELATE WELL TO THE CHILDREN THAT HE SEES AND GOT ALL THE WORK DONE EASILY. I ALSO PAID EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST, THERE WERE NO SUPRISES EXCEPT THAT MY SON MADE IT THROUGH WITHOUT ANY BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS.

Watch out! Procedures are done without first consulting with the parent. My kids were given a 2nd fluoride treatment without asking and then we were billed for it. I called to complain and got no help from the office. Very rude and disrespectful billing personnel.
