Not a quality work, had me do unnecessary works, redo my rootchannels, the bridge came off several times, and each time I had to pay a lot out of my pucket....

There's nothing better than enjoying a visit to the dentist's office. I have never dreaded having any type of work done here. Sometimes I have trouble staying awake because I feel so relaxed while I'm kicked back in the chair. My comfort has always been a priority and the entire staff is quick to make medication adjustments if needed. Dr. Dorsey has even called the evening after major work to see how I'm doing. He is thorough with his exams and always willing to give detailed answers when I have questions.
You won't be talked into treatments you don't need either, unlike some offices that are quick to find a reason to suggest optional cosmetic work. They handle billing my insurance directly and I have never been surprised at my out of pocket costs - everything has always been explained to me up front. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes after arriving, as they don't overbook the schedule. THEY never appear stressed, so it can't transfer to the patients. The one time I had an emergency that required a visit, I was seen within about 20 minutes. It's a well-run office, with great people who genuinely enjoy their work. What more could one want? (c;
About Hygienist: Laughter... never pain. That's all I remember after returning from each teeth cleaning. Kathryn is the hygienist I usually see, and she does a great job . I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned every six months! She's quick and very thorough and so fun to visit with even when she's got her fingers in my mouth and sharp tools!

The office staff , hygenists were always helpful, timely and pleasant. Dr. Dorsey is very approachable and thorough. You are always encouraged to continue to improve your dental hygene routine to ensure healthy teeth. Dr. Dorsey always gives you informed options and lets you choose the course of action. I highly recommend this team for your dental care.

I have had Dr. Dorsey as my general dentist for nearly three years, and have had a very pleasant experience. He and his team is very professional, thorough, and accomodating. Most of all, theie diagnosis, recommendation and results have been very effective, and trustworthy. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Very sweet dental hygenists... dr. Dorsey is Great and makes me laugh. Gotta give him props for swing dancing too!!! I will totally miss this office when I move back to Florida!

I went to Dr. Dorsey and he did a root canal, and then he had to re do it because it did not take. Although he did not charge me for the 2nd root canal he refused to make any adjustment on my account. Now I have to get it redone by another dentist, with the understanding now that the tooth is cracked and I face loosing my tooth. Not only was he not compassionate in regards to my bill and my out costs, his staff were entirely rude to the point of laughing at me on the phoneand hanging up on me. When this was discussed with Dr. Dorsey. I felt that he could have cared less and felt his concern was in getting paid and loosing me as a patient was of no big deal to him. I was not happy with the care that I received.
