I am a new pt. of Dr. Chins and I wanted to have a smile make over. The Dr. suggested that if I wanted to get the best results for my smile I would need to have a few veneers done to help with the color and to have a instant straight smile. I did the recomended tx. and I am extremely happy with the results. The staff is very on top of things and went the extra mile to improve my visit as much as possible. I now LOVE my SMILE!!! Thank you Dr. Chin and staff for a pleasent visit.

Dr. Chin has a beautiful office with easy parking and a friendly staff. He is an excellent dentist. Very friendly, extremely experienced and knowledgeable and uses the latest technology (digital xrays, state of the art equipment). I think that if you had a complicated dental problem, he could handle it with ease.
However, he is not cheap. If the work is covered by insurance it's not too bad, but he wasn't in the provider network for our dental insurance, so we ended up paying a bit more.
Dr Chin and his staff are great, but we stopped going to him because his billing system was too complicated. We'd pay when we got treated (they'd estimate what the out of pocket would be), then we'd often get another bill after they got paid by insurance (because the estimate would be off). It seemed like we were making at least 2 payments for the same visit and sometimes when I'd go in for my visit, I'd have to pay for the outstanding amount on my husband's visit or he would pay for me when he would go in. It got really confusing and annoying.
It's been a couple years since we've been to him, so it's possible that they may have improved their billing system. If so, then I would recommend Dr. Chin without hesitation.

Excellent doctor, very thorough, positive. Staff is pleasant, beautiful office.
