Very gentle with her hands and meticulous. I hardly felt the needle when she gave me anesthesia, the best ever! My two crowns look wonderful and the bite feels the same as before, I would highly recommend her and her staff if you want high quality care! (and pain-free!). Sherri, at the front desk, helped me with my insurance benefits and planning of my treatment, super nice!
About Hygienist: Melanie the hygienist is very gently and thorough with very good chair-side manners! I had Dawna on Saturdays, and she is also wonderful!

Dr Fugi does not warranty crowns. Two of mine failed in less than two years. Her hygenist and another dentist in her practice told me the second one had not been seated properly. She denied this and said "she had to stand behind her work" - to me standing behind your work means making it right if it is not. The dentist in her practice who told me it was not seated properly said she should replace it free of charge as that was general practice for crowns that fail in less than 5 years. Instead, she actually charged me more than the first time becuase when the insurance denied the claim, she wouldn't even allow the contractual writeoff that would have applied if they had covered it.

Dr Fujii is probably the best dentist I have ever had. And her staff are very helpful and accomodating. I've always been extremely happy with the way I'm treated in this office.

I'm only half finished with my crowns, but I am so happy with the first results. Dr Fujii is great. So is her team.
