My entire family has seen Dr. Tracy since the early 80's and he's always been fantastic. As a family unit we have all undergone a plethra of procedures; fillings, crowns, root canals, chipped teeth, emergency repairs, whitening, cleaning, etc. and he and his office has always done a fantastic job. As long as I am in the Seattle area I will take my family to Dr. Tracy until he retires!

Dr. Tracy is a good general dentist. I've had some orthodontic surgery to correct my bite that left me with some scar tissue. Even after x-rays Dr. Tracy was unaware of this despite the hardware (pins and plates) that showed up in the x-rays. The hygienist new immediately the surgery and doctor I had from looking at my x-rays a week before. I don't know why Dr. Tracy didn't look at my x-rays or why communication between him and my hygienist was poor. Either way, the result was me sitting in a chair for an hour and a half waiting through 7 shots, not getting numb, and in the end leaving without the filling I'd come in for. The worst bit was that he didn't listen when I said I wasn't numb and was persistent inn drilling anyway as if knowing my body better than I. The reason I left early was not because I wasn't willing to wait but because the doctor's obvious impatience at my not being numb fast enough made me feel on edge. This isn't the first filling or work i've had done at this office but I can't say any of my experiences were much better.

I have a pre-existing condition of TMJ. I was seen for a simple filling of one tooth. Dr. Tracy was unprepared and inefficiently equipped to deal with a patient suffering from TMJ, a relatively common ailment. My jaw dislocated twice during the procedure, and i had excruciating pain in both of my jaw joints on either side of my face for several days following the procedure.

He took over this practice promising to sensitive to the needs of those patients. Mean -over prices -rude and unprofessional. I kept telling my child to be patient little did I know she was being completely truthful on how harsh he was. I took time off work for a procedure they resceduled me three times and then he said he couldn't do it and had the nerve to blame me for waisting my time. His staff told me he could do it. and so did his wife. If you have a minor child please don't subject them to this Dentist.....

He put in a crown for me, it hurts everytime I use it. It also become really sensitive to hot and cold. I can not chew on that side, despite all the follow up procedure for like a year.

Both my son and I go to Dr. Tracy. We have had nothing but really great service. His whole staff is excellent. They are very kind and gentle with children. My son loves them. I would recommend them to all of my friends. Stephanie & Peter
