Dr Anyaan performed a root canal, post and core and crown. He did such a bad job on the crown the tooth had to be pulled. This is not specific in his records.I called asking for medical records and his assistant told me I had never been a patient and when I insisted I had been and wanted my records, Tracy told me to NEVER CALL THIS OFFICE AGAIN! She also insisted he had never shared office space with Dr Vedalago and she was wrong. STRICTLY based on Tracy's rude behavior I am making this complaint. Dr Anyan was very nice, but it is my guess he was then a new dentist and did not do a good job.Every restoration he performed has broken or cracked. Also when he pulled the tooth after the root canal and crown he never apologized or adjusted my account. The record does not even reflect an extraction, rather, it is explained as a palliative treatment. He also worked on teeth number 3 which had to be pulled and performed a post-perm resin on tooth number 30 which cracked immediately after his work.
About Front Desk: Tracy is the rudest front desk person I have ever known. She also claims to be his assistant and office manager, and if this is indeed true, she has absolutely no credibility or professionalism.
