While the service received from Dr. Nelson is probably the best, I'd be leary about them working with you, at all, about payments. They tell you that they are willing to work with you on payments, and then, at the last minute, at the start of your appointment, tell you they want the payment in full before they start! I was offended, will not be going back, or recommending Dr. Nelson to anyone because of this.

About Front Desk: I couldn't pick 0 stars, otherwise I would have. Front desk staff is not very friendly. Obviously intercepts e-mails destined for the Doctor, otherwise he would have seen my complaints.
