He is a good dentist and helps patients get treated in a safe place. The cost is expensive and they take specific insurance and other methods of payment. Most of then reauire a credit check or pay by cash, check, and debit card. He is gentle and understanding dentist.
About Front Desk: Front desk staff was nice and generous. They helped the patients and understand if you have issues paying and making payments on bill. They work with you on payment plans.

Worst experience of my life. My outter mouth had a sore on it after I got two cavities filled from them being rough. They never told me how many total cavities I had after my cleaning. They are out of network for ALL of thier patients. I changed dentists immediately. I was not going back there to get the other cavities filled. I never once met the actual Dentist Frank Galka.

I have had many cleanings as well as five fillings with Dr. Galka including at first a deep cleaning session . He is a nice person who listens to his patients, and does what is best for them. Generally, I would recommend him; however, I have to mention three bad things about him and his clinic:
1- He is moody and inconsistent in the quality of his work.
2- He is way too expensive (i.e. $230 per filling! while average is $180)
3- Some of his staff are very annoying and they ask stupid questions when you are sitting on the chair with your mouth wide open. There is a chance they do this in order to reduce the amount of anxiety you might have, but all they do is add to the problem.

Very nice but not always competent. It took 3 weeks of calling them before they'd order my replacement Invisalign retainer. One of the people who answers the phones doesn't even speak fluent English. (Which is fine. I applaud the diversity, but it's my opinion that you should be able to speak the language before you pick up the phone.) I finally got them to order my retainer and they said it would take 3 weeks, but it took less than one! That means 75% of my wait time was just them dragging their feet. So now that my new retainer is somewhat ill fitting (on account of going so long without one) I've come to associate my discomfort with their incompetence. I'll get the rest of my dentistry done somewhere else.

Dr. Galka's office is very personable and intimate. I routinely go in for check-ups every 6 months, and the staff always recognize me by name. Everyone is very friendly, and I'm always made to feel very comfortable.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Parking can be an issue though!

Work was alright, left pain after procedures were done for months though. The staff is hard to deal with and try to push you into work you don't want. The cost was extensive.

Simple cleaning was awful - hygienist scraped the hell out of my teeth and gums. I've been to many hygienists and have never actually experienced pain before. Then, I had a cavity filled - anesthetic shot froze half my face, nose, eyelid - it was awful. Okay, so maybe that was just an effect for me and there was nothing he could do about it, but he wasn't the least bit compassionate about it. Neither he nor the hygienist did a single bit of explaining as to what they were doing, how far along they were in the process of what they were doing, etc...
Their x-ray equipment, while functional, is probably from the Hoover administration, and was VERY uncomfortable as a patient.
The only bright spot was the front desk guy. He was very helpful in finding out my insurance coverage and giving me a cost estimate.
After all that, now, 3 days later, my teeth and gums are strangely being VERY sensitive to hot/cold. I've never had that problem before. Coincidence? Who knows.
Bottom line: I don't recommend Dr. Galka.

Dr. Galka is the most friendly and most personable dentist I ever had. He did my braces and other minor procedures and I have been more than delighted with the results and treatment. He gave me the beautiful smile I have been wanting all my life. He is very encouraging and positive, I also LOVE the staff! They are all GREAT! I would recommend him to anyone! My 6 year old daughter has been going to him since she got her first tooth and she now LOVES and looks forward to seing the dentist, how many parents can say that their kids love to see the dentist?!
