Dr. Carlin has been my dentist for many many years. He does quality work. My veneers look amazing! Unfortunately, I heard he's retiring :(

Excellent dentist. Cares for his patients. Very technical. Takes his time.

Dr Carlin seems may have been an excellent doctor at some point in the distant past, but from my experience he stopped caring about his patients. He 'outsources" customer service and billing issues to his helper. When he made a wrong judgement on a tooth of mine, after which the tooth required a root canal treatment, he refused to live up to this and instead tried charging me again for fixing his own work. As a new patient, he found fault with many of my past treatments (i.e. other colleagues' work) and "strongly recommended" that their work be redone, by him.
