i was recommended by my dentist to go to darmstadt, upon my visit i noticed that it was very very dirty in the exam rooms, the carpet was covered in stains the wall paper was filthy as well as the sink and facet area. The doctor explained that some stains were due to an oil leak the patients chair has and that it had been cleaned, obviously not very well if you can still see the stains, after i made my concerns aware to the dr regarding possible bacteria and that being the cause of infections i was told that the carpet was there for his personal standing comfort, not to aid in the sterilization of a surgical room, and then i was asked to leave due to my concerns aswell as my questioning as to why when i arrived fifteen minutes beforehand that i was told i was an hour late and that i would have to wait over an hour and a half to see the dr.
About Front Desk: absolutely the most un professional health care facility i have ever gone to. First i had an appointment for 1130 then they switched it to 1030 when i arrived fifteen minutes early they scolded me for being late saying the appt was at 9 and that i would have to wait, i then waited over an hour and half only to be shunned away when questions of sterile enviroment were raised.

I went through Dr. Darmstadt because another orthodontist had recommended him to my brother to get his wisdom teeth removed. He did an amazing job on my brother. Therefore, I went ahead and made an appointment through him to get my wisdom teeth removed, since they were impacted sideways and all complicated. I am so happy with my choice. Everything went so smoothly and Dr. Darmstadt and his team are so professional and caring. I was done and out of there before I realized it. :)

After a tramatic experience at my local dentist for extracting my widsom teeth I found Dr. Darmstadt. His staff were very nice and helpful in answering my questions since it was the first time that I would use anesthesia. They woke me up after my surgery which lasted less than 30 minutes (for two teeth) then I was free to go. As for my teeth, my general dentist attempted to remove one of my wisdom teeth (pulling, pushing, cutting, cracking) but to no avail so needless to say, I didn't let him try my other tooth. I did experience some nauseousness afterward because my body did not tolerate the anesthesia well. But if you ask me if I would take the anesthesia and nauseousness over the trauma experienced from local anesthesia at the dentist office, i would definantly say YES!.
