Very unhappy with the way he conducts business, high pressure sales pitch, miscounted extractions on estimate. Assured me for an additional $550.00 I could be put to sleep for surgery, I agreed.
On Friday 12/15/2005 I arrived for my appointment.
After starting the IV he told me he couldn't put me to sleep and to just hang in there while 11 teeth were extracted and his chiseling off 2 sections of my jaw bone (both lower Tori) then grinding the jawbone. I admit I was sedated but not asleep as per our agreement.
I couldn't make it to the pharmacy until the next day a Saturday
My wife went to Rite Aid to pick up my prescription for a narcotic pain medicine and antibiotics, guess what he didn't sign the prescription, par for the course!
The following Monday my wife talked to Gadlers office about the prescription and of course they denied any wrong, saying their copy was signed. Then why the hell did the pharmacist call 2 times trying to get a signature?
I asked for a discount on the anesthesia to put me to sleep no deal IV was inserted. Im paying for IV time not the sleep treatment we agreed on.
Bottom line I felt like cattle during the process,minus $3,000.00

x-ray's and consultation. This doctor takes pride in his work and is very informative, fair and profesional. I would highly recomend using his services!
