Recommended to Dr Carroll by my GF and was *very* satisfied with the service (2nd opinion on wisdom teeth and cracked molar extractions) - very nice, professional, and helpful staff, and Dr Caroll patiently answered all of my numerous questions, including on the spot pretreatment estimates.

we were not very satisfied with our care with his staff. Dr. Carroll did a great job and is very good with his patients but does not seem to have a grasp on his staff.

I was reffer to him by my denstist for my wisdom teeth. He's amazing, pain free... clean and nice job, considering i got all 4 done at the same time.

I went in to have a wisdom tooth extracted. The procedure went very well. No pain. Everyone was very nice.

I had a good experience when I went in for my wisdom tooth extraction consult. Staff was helpful and the doctor was willing to answer all my questions and concerns.
The only thing that surprised me was that they did not call me back 1 day before my surgery to remind me of my appointment. Also when I asked them if they had sent my prescription to longs, they had not but she would take care of it. So I don't know if I had to remind her or if it was just scheduled to be done later today.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed around with 2 procedures around April of 2004. My husband was going to get his wisdom teeth removed by another Dr. but when i saw the lousy (i mean REALLY lousy) service he was getting i immediately canceled the appointment and pray that Dr. Carroll still takes my insurance. Regardless, he was a great Dr. and made my experience GREAT! His staff is very competent and polite and Dr. Carroll takes time to make sure you understand and are clear with any doubts or questions you may have. I would recommend Dr. Carroll to everyone.

I recently had four wisdom teeth out in Dr. Carroll's office and chose not to go under. Dr. Carroll did a great job, and I experienced little pain. He and the office staff kept me relaxed before and during the operation, which took 30-40 min. The whole experience was less difficult and less painful then I anticipated. I would recommend Dr. Carroll to anyone.

I thought Dr. Carroll was excellent due to the efficientness of my visit time. I was in and out of wisdom teeth consultation in less than 25 minutes and the surgery itself only took 45 including consultation afterwards. I'm almost fully recovered in two days. His staff and facilities were welcoming and parking out front simple. Price seemed kinda high, but it's hard to compare since I'm only getting them out once.

The staff was helpful, professional and courteous. Dr Carroll was none of the above. He lacks a level of professionalism expected and his negativity in consultation was disturbing. I wish him the best but I strongly suggest he works on professionalism, making his patients feel comfortable and building rapport.
