Misleading staff/ discourteous dentist
Long story short - HIs staff admitted they had misinformed regarding billing, that my daughters wisdom teeth would cost just under $500 to me. Months later I received another bill of $1000. Raposo would not talk with me on the phone or set up a time to do so Instead he left a voice mail letting me know he would not be taking responsibility for his staff’s misinforming me and that I should pay up. The only thing I got from his office was threats of collection Nice way to treat your patients/customers.
