I've had way too many bad experiences here...
The first was when I had my Invisalign treatment. He sliced my top pallet with some type of tooth saw and as an apology gave me free tooth whitening instead of discounting the procedure.
The receptionist seems nice if you're on her good side, but the minute you need something done for you it all turns to hell.
They seem money hungry and will bill your insurance up front even if they have not completed the procedure yet and if you ask for them to only bill what they completed that day they'll say, 'Sorry, we can't do that'. I might file a complaint to the Dental Board for that one.
I also had a filling done quite a few years ago and it had been loose for a couple of years (I am guessing) as it had begun to collect plaque and rot underneath.
I went in to get it checked out a little while ago and while I was in the chair he decided to and begun the root canal. He told me he took out the entire nerve, but to my surprise had horrible pain that weekend. I had to take 3-4 ibuprofen every few hours to keep it manageable.
Too make It even worse. He didn't prescribe me any antibiotics or pain medicine and I had to go to the Hospital.
Never going to this dentist again.
Switching to a specialist for the RC and another dentist for the remainder of the procedure.
Update- I went to the specialist and he said, 'little to no prep had been done' (and the pulp inside had been inflamed).

My wife and I used to be his patients. Or victims. This man put a faulty crown in my wife's mouth, and then refused to replace it when it broke, even though it would have cost him almost nothing to do so. My wife has now been in pain for over a year because of this man's malfeasance. He is a thief and liar who cares more about his profits then his patient's well-being. A lawsuit is being prepared against him. I hope this doesn't happen to you.

This dentist did expensive work on my wife that did not last. Then, he tried to charge an outrageous sum of money to fix the shoddy work. (He put in crowns that should last for over ten years. They did not last one.)

Great dentist and office team. Was referred here by a colleague when I moved to LA and have myself referred another 10 people. Dr Joseph is very professional and thorough. They also cater very well to individuals who have more anxiety around dentist office visits. I would highly recommend

I hate going to the dentist. BUT. If you have to do it, go see Dr. Joseph. I went to see Dr. Joseph in 2008. He told me I needed work and I hate going to a dentist so bad I didn't go back until I needed a crown and had major problems with 8 other teeth in August of 2010. Dr. Joseph was great! He didn't gouge me for money or shame me like other dentists do. He fixed all the teeth in one sitting and even makes his own crowns. Great staff, great facility! He doesn't over schedule his patients either. He was with me for 3 solid hours of work. I still don't like going to a dentist office but if I have to Dr. Joseph is the man.
Also I am not as sore as I thought I would be the next day. A + is my grade.

I was getting totally hosed by Dental Plus (NEVER GO THERE. EVER) when my husband stepped in and redirected me to HIS dentist, Dr. Joseph. He had been seeing Dr. Joseph for years and they always take great care of him. I was not disappointed. Friendly staff, clean, beautiful offices, excellent hygienists... They took the time to keep me informed every step of the way. Dr. Joseph himself is incredibly smart, down-to-earth, and clearly very experienced. You will be in great hands!
Costs are not cheap due to an error on my part when choosing my dental insurance. After the 1st of the year I will have better coverage and will hopefully pay less out-of-pocket, but if not I'm totally fine with it. Dr. Joseph is worth every penny!

I came to Dr. Joseph because my teeth were breaking, one by one. He performed the work in his office, including making crowns, when needed, as I waited. One office visit instead of 2 or 3. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything he is doing to your mouth. Dr. Joseph also made me invisalign braces...I'm in my 50's. My smile is one I am proud of.

Dr. Joseph and his staff are great. I have been seeing him since he opened the practice. While not the cheapest, it does prove that you get what you pay for. He has been taking great care of my teeth and I am a satisfied customer!
