Awful, just awful! They never pick up the phone and have a major attitude problem. They do not inform patients of any requirements before their appointments. When you show up, they ask you if you have info that they should have informed you that you needed prior to the appointment. You have to continuously text (yes, TEXT) them to communicate with anyone in their office. It is poorly run and certainly could use some attitude adjusting. It is a bad case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. And when you cannot read their mind as to what you need to bring in, it is somehow YOUR fault and the blame game ensues. I have been going to medical clinics, dentists and hospitals for decades and this place ranks the worst establishment I have ever set foot in. If your looking for hostility, confusion with a big heap of serious attitude problem thrown at you. Then great! You found your dentist. If that is not what you are looking for, then take my advice and keep looking, this place is not what you are looking for.
About Front Desk: Very emotionally immature and unstable. Highly disorganized, hostility issues and unable to communicate without using aggression.

The minute you walk in the staff greets you with a smile. I went in for my consultantation and had my next appointment quick. The day of the surgery it was quick I went to the back they make you feel relax they explain what they going to do they give you a gas to make you relax so you reduce the anxiety the next was you get sedated and the work starts. When you wake up they treat you good and they wheel you to another station where they check your (Vitals) oxygen level and your blood pressure. After surgery I was pain free I did not feel a thing it was like if I did not had any surgery done he must have some miracle hands cause I had no swelling no pain and no discomfort on that area. The only discomfort I had was my cheek and my jaw other then that I was fine. Two hours after surgery I had my coffee and toast for diner I had taco bell the next day I cooked the only time I took any pills was the first day for the jaw discomfort, I slept like a baby that night. I was doing things like I normally do. I had no stitches and they closed up quick. This doctor is amazing he got great hands and does a great job. So feel free to just walk in and get the job done cause its pain free and worry free. 1# on my book...
