In addition to emergency service, extractions and fillings I just finished what was almost a full dental makeover. I have a beautiful, new smile thanks to Dr. G. The staff is like family. Andrea is especially helpful. Thanks to all of you.

About Front Desk: Andrea, at the front desk, keeps the office friendly and cheerful. She considerate and explains procedures and finances carefully. I appreciate that.

I requested my copies of my dental records from Dr. Garrett's office. Years ago he placed veneers on my two front teeth and I wanted the records so I could give it to my current dentist in case he needed any of the info. At the same time I asked for all of my records. The receptionist first told me Dr. Garrett doesn't give copies of doctor notes so I put my request in writing. I was then told part of my records were in storage and it would take time to retrieve them. I waited and when no one called, I called the office and spoke with the receptionist again. Once again the story had changed. Now I was being told that the doctor notes had been lost but they had all the other records. I again doctor put a request in writing and stated everything I had been told. I was then sent a letter stating the office didn't have my records. In the letter it gave specific info. as to the age of my veneers. Even I didn't remember and only doctor notes would have this. I called and spoke with Dr. Garrett who told me he didn't know what happened to my records even the recent ones and the receptionist must have just guessed a lucky guess as to the specific age of my veneers. I dislike being lied to.

There is no better as far as I'm concern...I lost my teeth from kimo/radiation due to breast cancer and was beyond hysterical. Meeting with Dr. Garrett I then realized there was help to smile again. Without any delay he designed a plan to implant implants, he knew that I had "denture fobia" and now I'm already into my 3rd month with the implants...My next phase are connecting the teeth. Remember I've been without teeth for almost 4 years. Without him I could of never thought of smiling ever ever again.......Due to complications he had to bring in outside help to sadate me...all went so well I truly smiled at the end...Most of it was pain-lessssss. Dr Garrett is technically superior, quiet, relaxed and puts the patient at ease. It is easy to speak to him and get feed back on questions. He did not do my dental implant surgery, but completed the implants with success. His office is also helpful with insurance questions.

Previous to my experience with Dr. Roger Garrett I had a lot of dental anxiety and phobia, as many do. Dr. Garrett put me at ease, explained my case in detail. I felt so confident in his ability I began and completed the recommneded treatment with him. That included an implant and upper and lower veneers. He's a artist with a great concept for esthtics and color. It couldn't have been better. The front off is accomodating, helpful and they do that with a smile. The office is awesome, by-the-way. Thank you Dr. Garrett!!!

About Hygienist: I have seen both hygienists in Dr. Garrett's office and they are amazing and professional. I always feel like I've received the best care when I leave the office.
