Best Dental exp. I have ever had, everyone very in the office. The office is very nice I just had a over all great exp. today this was my second time in the office after staying away from the dentist for years from fear I have no more Dental fears thanks to Dr Kessler and his staff.

Please take this advice!...
You should avoid this nitemare of a dental practice at all costs!! The office may look nice BUT..
The "sterilized" instruments were dirty, I asked to change them. When they did, they brought out more dirty ones!(I am not joking and should've left then!) Darren Kessler and his staff DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They can't even do an xray correctly. First, I was injected in the wrong place and almost fainted because he must have hit a nerve! Every single thing they did had to be done twice from takinig an Xray, ("sorry, I didn't get the whole tooth") taking impressions, prepping a tooth for a Crown,("mold was bad, have to re do it") This means novacaine, and packing the gums again! Then, I had to go back because the temp. Crown was made to short on top and hurt ...re-doing molds again, finally get through the prep with a new temporary, THEN I get a call that the "Lab broke the mold and can't use it" I have to start all over! This guy offers to refund the money paid, AND pay me to go elsewhere to have it done. I got the money paid returned, but now he won't keep his word and pay as he offered.

Dr. Kessler comes off as a competent and friendly (always using "sweetie" and "honey" as first names for patients). He promises the world, ie., quality work, beautiful smile, etc., but somehow cannot produce.
He is unapologetic when he makes errors (with me there were almost $6000.00 in errors!) and claims he will refund. He has not refunded a penny of what was promised.
I have cried and been called an idiot by friends and spouse because I have returned to Kessler to "fix" the problems he caused. HE HAS NOT FIXED ANY OF THE PROBLEMS HE HAS CAUSED - NOR HAS HE REFUNDED MY MONEY.
I AM BEING FORCED TO SUE BECAUSE HE HAS NOT ANSWERED MY LETTERS.

Dr Kessler is the best! He is warm and friendly and his office staff is superb!!
