Dr. Falender was very competent and did a great job taking care of a difficult problem in my upper mouth by closing a hole where I had a tooth extracted (by a different dentist). He and his assistant were both excellent in getting the job done! Thank You!

I went in for removal of 2 teeth. On my first visit I waited for more than an hour just to get a less than 5 minute visit to hear what I already knew that the teeth needed to come out. BUT... I had to wait for another week almost to get them out. So the day came to get them out and to be honest I don't remember anything, so he did perfect on that. I just remember feeling relief. Although a few days later it didn't feel right again, o Called his office and left a message. No call back. So again a few days later I called him again and left a message and wouldn't you know it no call again. I am now very upset as I'm more than a month past my surgery and I have I think pieces of teeth coming through all over my back jaw line. What I do know for sure is I can't eat much of anything and my mouth is crazy sore, and even my tongue stays cut open. Just so everyone knows the calls haven't stopped I called them again Fri July 3 at 9:30 am had to leave another message and then I called at 2pm and had to leave another message with the answering service. Even though their message says they return calls within 3 min during the day. I'm proof they don't Stay away from them. When you have problems you're own your own.

About Front Desk: Women who are confused about what's covered and by whom. My own Dr sent them a fax 3 times that they said they didn't have. I think this is just well meaning people who are friends but they also need to learn insurance and all together as well as patient care.

I had wisdom teeth pulled. Although i had major anxiety going in, the procedure went great..HOWEVER, my guest-imated out of pocket was $194. I get my EOB and my only responsibility was $40. Needless to say i've been calling for monies owed to me onlyto be given excuse after excuse. I have no more time to waste trying to get my money back. My last call was yesterday to be given an excuse that they'd call me by today.. Nooo call-back. Sooo, i figured i'd post my review. Back in february the payments were processed. I was told it takes 3weeks i've given it 6 weeks and still no money. It is now the middle of April.

Dr Falender was a nice guy. Seemed to be very knowledgable and had up to date equipment. However not happy with overall business. Took several weeks to get someone to call you back! Very frustrating. Will not go back

About Front Desk: Did not seem to be very knowledgable or were instructed to not help you. Would take weeks to get a call back

I was not at all impress with this surgeon. He acted like he was doing a favor for you being there. He did not wait for the gums to get numb for the shots. She put the q-tip in and the doctor step in within one minute. When he was done, he started walking out the door. I said wait can I ask you a question. He seem that I was taking up to much of his time. He charged way to much. $497 per tooth, (I had three removed) plus $185 for x-rays. I found a much better surgeon to remove 24 teeth and I went to sleep for $175 a tooth. He has moved to 1320 N. Post rd. I would not recommend to anyone.

Dr Falender has performed at least three biopsies and one extraction for me. Depending on the proceedure, he has used both local and general anesthesia. I consider his pricing a little on the high side. Overall, the office is comfortable, with a friendly atmosphere. Dr Falender is competent and uses the latest in tools and technology. Dr Falender does implant surgery, and I may consider having an implant done instead of a bridge this year.
