I do not recommend this doctor. I was referred to see him because I have a complication and he actually asked me to see my dentist. He spent not more than ten minutes with me and recited some superficial things I had already read on the internet. I was charged $245. Some doctors actually go into the profession to do good, some do it for the money or because their parents pressure them too. As far as I can tell, Dr. Ouana definitely does not fall within the first category.
