Horrible bedside manner with children. My daughter had a terrible experience. I wasn't allowed back during the procedure. She asked for me repeatedly. She cried throughout entire procedure. Very traumatic for my 8 year old. Never again. We went to him once. That was more than enough.

I had my wisdom teeth removed today. I had informed dr. Seidel I had an extreme anxiety problem due to trauma to my mouth before and I needed to be completely unconscious he refused to put me completely unconscious. I was supposed to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out however I could only do two due to the fact the pain was unbearable and I was shaking severely due to the anxiety. After I told him I couldn't continue after the first tooth he proceeded to do the second top tooth. When I begged for my mother to come back he refused even though she is a neuropsychologist and is trained in several relaxation techniques. I had a horrible and traumatizing experience once again. Please do not take your child to see him if they have poor anxiety or low pain tolerance. He is very nice just not out for the patients best interest.
About Front Desk: All of the front desk staff was very helpful and flexible with scheduling and payment. They were extremely patient and very professional. I have nothing bad to say about them.
