The office Staff are the rudest people ever. Good luck getting a timely appointment, even if you are in the most dire pain.

Had wisdom teeth done and it was painless during the procedure. Recovery was good, and Dr. Zeitlin was very good on the follow-up making sure that I did not have any issues because I was much older than most people are when they have wisdom teeth out. The only complaint was the wait in his office is very long. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.

Dr. Zeitlin is a wonderful dental surgeon.I have had a few teeth extracted over the years(am a diabetic and am prone to infections)and I would not let anyone else do an extraction. He is extremely competent, patient, calming, and professional. I always have total confidence in his ability and the success of the procedure and the results. He has many patients and many referrals through them. You will have to wait, but he is worth it. I wish people would stop degrading a doctor or dentist just because of their staff seeming rushed or stressed. It is a very, very busy office, and he takes his time with each patient. You are not going to an oral surgeon to be wooed by the staff...it is not a spa or a five-star restaurant; you are going to get a procedure done well,to deal with an emergency, and to assure there will be no post-surgical infection. Dr. Zeitlin takes care of you perfectly and painlessly, and the results are wonderful. The staff, albeit rushed, take good care of you. He's the best, case closed.

Horrible experiences all around. I had an emergency situation and cant stress enough how RUDE their receptionists are. They do not listen to you, will NOT answer your questions, and are quick to judge. I've been told to make an appointment in June 2011(today is 4/26/11) because they are unable to fit me into the schedule for emergency visit. Who will wait to see a doctor in two month while in terrible pain? Where did this dentist found such a smart receptionists? HORRIBLE!

Dr. Zeitlin is a really nice guy but he spends waaaay too much time shmoozing with his patients leaving his completely incompetent nursing/reception staff to deal with the poor scheduling conflicts. All I can really say is that you better bring a book to read because you'll be in that waiting room for two hours.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a DDS. This guy really knows his stuff, extremely professional, gentle, and quick. Dr Robert was in contact with me for a full week after I had my wisdom teeth removed. I would refer him to anyone. That is if you are looking for the best.

DR Zeitlin is an extremely capable surgeon. He carefully examines your particular problem. he takes the time to discuss all options open to you. Regardless of the high cost i consider him wonderful and excellent dentist.

Dr. Zeitlin's oral surgery itself is fine, but his office is so poorly run, it makes every visit a nightmare. The office staff is extremely rude and completely unorganized. The doctor almost always runs two or three hours late, and paperwork is routinely bungled. We had to follow up on the office staff's every move to ensure things were being done properly. More often than not, papers weren't filed, letters weren't sent or incorrect data/files were sent to the insurance company. I have never dealt with such horrible service at any doctor's or dentist's office. It may be the worst office help I've ever encountered.
