I was always very happy with Dr. Alexander. He has pulled most of my teeth out so I was able to get dentures. He knows what he’s doing and I never had an issue with him or my mouth after he was done. He did a fabulous job and Pam that assists him is a sweetheart. I’ll definitely would go back to him.

I took my daughter for a consultation to have 2 teeth pulled. I brought my own X-rays that were just done by her orthodontist and I was told he wanted to do his own so he could bill out the insurance. He raised his voice after I told him that I already have X-rays and did not want my daughter to get anymore and he told me to find someone else to work on her. The front desk girl was just as rude. We walked out of his office. I would not recommend this dr

I will start by saying Dr. Ricardo Alexander successfully performed the required operation with good results. The main problem was the billing and the customer service. I was quoted a price for the operation and paid upfront for what I owed after the procedure. I ended up getting a bill a few weeks later for additional costs because my insurance did not cover the procedure despite having been told I was all set. I tried to work out the price with the office staff with not great results so I asked to talk to the Doctor which was a disaster. He literally got on the phone with me and yelled at me telling me that if I do not pay the bill that he is sending me, he is going to re-bill me for the out of network rate and send a debt collector to my house to get the money. I then asked him if he cares about his reputation at all and if he generally screams at his customers and he told me he is busy and has to go then proceeds to hang up the phone on me. Needless to say this was the most rude thing I have ever experienced. He was a very unprofessional "professional" and made for an absolutely terrible experience. I will never be going back, and I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone. Too bad too because he seems to do good work...

Does NOT work well with people with anxiety!! Poor bedside manner. Raised voice at me several times when he saw that I was anxious, which led to me having a full blown panic attack. He raised his voice over that as well, which made it even worse. No patient should have to feel so scared and intimidated. A little compassion would have gone such a long way!! As far as my tooth extractions go, he did a good job, and they are healing well. At least there was one positive. I will not go back to this surgeon. I mean, he didn't even offer me a tissue when he saw me crying... Just raised his voice, and told me to "pull myself together". That's not right.
About Front Desk: Called before my appointment, and she was polite until I asked about sedation. When I mentioned that I have bad anxiety and asked about being put out, her tone changed, and her reply was "If you have that much anxiety, maybe you should find a different surgeon". I was shocked. I apologized for asking, and her tone went back to being nice. This should have been a red flag as to how the appointment would go.

Went to have tooth extracted. I have dental phobia and asked for extra numbing medicine and he said he could not give me anymore!! When he went to pull the tooth I actually felt everything he was doing!!! I told him that I did not want the tooth out and I left. He WAS NOT at all sympathetic whatsoever!! He was actually annoyed with me??!! He is an older man and maybe needs to retire!! No one was in the waiting room when I got there which should have told me the story right then. What dentist isnt busy these days if he is a good dentist??? Anyway just stay away if you want gentle dentistry and a doctor that listens to his patients requests.
