i got my wisdom teeth cut out because they were moving all of my teeth and causing alot of pain. Dr. ranz told me before hand of what i was supposed to do afterwards. he wore gloves, used clean tools.... the waiting room was "welcoming". the assistants/nurses are kind and considerate. after surgery, my pain has went away. my headaches are gone. everything went like it was supposed to.
