Upper molar extraction. He listened to concerns - answered all questions - was kind - explained everything - was gentle and caring. He spent time both before and after procedure to make sure I was comfortable. His staff were attentive and reassuring. I would recommend him to others.

I had wisdom teeth removed by Mr. Thatcher and after a couple weeks I noticed that he had damaged 2 other teeth and buy the I had to have them removed also. Obviously some where else but you would think they would have noticed on my return check.

About Front Desk: Desk was fine but added extra 200 for added check and didn't get submitted to insurance.

HIM AND HIS OFFICE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL!! ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND REALLY CARED ABOUT THE PATIENT, ME!! WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!! WAY TO GO DR THATCHER AND TEAM!!
