I found Dr. SALON and his staff to be kind and attentive. Their office had a lovely antique feel to it. The extraction though difficult went smothly and their concern through the procedure was lovely. I have a heart condition that causes my blood pressure to drop quite a bit. Dr. Salon, was knowedgable about the condition and took every step necessary to make sure i didn't faint.

About Front Desk: Kind and friendly

First off the waiting room and exam rooms are gross. They need to be cleaned and updated. Dr. Salon has terrible bedside manner. He was so unhelpful after I had my wisdom teeth out I was outraged. Anytime I called the receptionist phone would hang up. My mouth is killing me as I type this. I'm pretty sure I lost a blood clot and have dry socket or an infection but he looked in my mouth for 5 seconds and said it was fine and I had a low pain tolerance. I paid cash upfront, my insurance covered the rest, he probably made $1500 total off having 3 wisdom teeth pulled. Then he wouldn't offer any suggestions, call in a prescription for my pain, all he did was stand there with a smug smile on his face. If my pain persists I will get a 2nd opinion because my level of trust with him is 0. All I can say is run, run far away to another Doctor before you subject yourself to this quack.

About Front Desk: They need to learn how to keep someone on the phone without hanging up on them.

Dr. Salon is easily the worst doctor i have ever had an encounter with. After having my wisdom teeth removed I had not only a slow recovery, but on and off pain lasting 8 months after the operation. I went back to his office only to be told that there was nothing wrong with my teeth and then was recommended no course of action to get rid of the pain or discomfort. Dr. Salon had no concern for my well-being and didn't even attempt to work with the explanations I was giving him. I drove 3 and a half hours back from college and missed class only to be told that there was no problem with my wisdom teeth holes. I wouldn't have made the drive if nothing was wrong....... DON'T SEE DR. SALON

I would not recommend this oral surgeon. Staff seemed efficient but I should have heeded the legal size consent forms that pretty much dare you to sue them because they had everything covered. I just love this, when you're in pain and just want relief. What do you do then??? I presume a nerve was hit and it felt like I was being stabbed in my eardrum. This was administering anesthesia to pull a tooth that another surgeon said a root canal would fix, and Dr. Salon said it wouldn't. It's been about four years now and I still get sharp pain in that ear. Now I'm told that the inner ear is not functioning correctly, due to allergies. ??? If there is a bad doctor out there, I seem to find them all.

This is the worst oral surgeon in the area. look elsewhere. Cheats you out of pain killing anesthesia. reminded of cold-war-era dentist.
