This is my second time to have extractions at this office. They have all been pleasant and helpful to me each time I have been there. I do love the surgery nurse, she is very explicit with the home instructions, but not everybody listens. A week after the injections, Dr Francis had to operate on my swollen jaw to drain the infection that would not go away with 10 days of antibiotic. He called me every other night for 4 days to make sure I was ok.

This was a horrible experience. The office staff is very rude. They are only concerned about you as a patient until the co pay is made. They were not concerned about pain and swelling after, stated they do this every day and it will pass. So disappointed!

My first impression was the office seemed dark and gloomy and the front desk staff wasn't very friendly. The surgical assistant was very unprofessional and had the personality of a door knob. She was chewing gum while explaining the procedure that Dr. Francis was going to preform. I asked for Nitrous because I was very very anixous. She stated that Nitrous only works on children not adults. I told her that I have had Nitrous in the past, and it helps calm my nerves. She was annoyed that I insisted on having the Nitrous. Dr. Francis enter the opertory and wasn't convinced that the tooth that needed removed was the correct one. even with the picture from the endodontist showing a crack at the gumline. After further testing he then began the numbing process. His injections were very uncomfortable and he never once tried to set my mind at ease. Procedure preformed and I was on my way. The following day I was in alot of pain, contacted the office and all that Dr. Frances said was what do you want me to do about it? Still in pain 4 days later, I returned and now have dry socket. The packing was placed w/o having the infected area numbed, and again the assistant and Dr. was very rude. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

About Front Desk: Front desk was not personable, the surgical assistant needs an attitude adjustment along with taking some classes on verbal skills. This office has no compassion what so ever for their patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Francis is a brute! He removed my 4 impacted wisdon teeth 3.5 weeks ago. I am still in TREMENDOUS pain! He seems more concerned with getting out of the office when it closes at noon on a Wednesday than assisting a client in terrible pain. He repeatedly jabbed at the area I reported was in so much pain with a blunt instrument to the point where I had to scream at him to stop and tell him he was killing me. This only amped up the pain level for me. He was not helpful at all. His bedside manner is terrible. He arrived late for my oral surgery. I should have followed my instincts and sought out another professional. After the one post-op visit I broke-p with him and contacted my dentist for assistance. Use someone else. Do not suffer the way I have been. He did nothing to make you feel at ease or comfortable. I think I am only a $$$ sign to him. I was forced to pay out of pocket the day of the surgery $875 with one days notice. They refused to bill me.

About Front Desk: The reception area window is opaque and you must knock before anyone will even see your face. When I saw that I should have realized thier take on customer service and ran for the hills. The staff was rude to me and seemed to be on the lazy side.

He is a terrible dentist and the assistant was just as bad. Only 1 shot to numb my mouth and he did not even numb the gum before the injection. When I complained my mouth was not numb he did not believe me and hit my tooth only to have me scream in pain. He gave me another shot and started working even though my mouth was not completely numb. When I complained of pain he stated that he could not do anything about it. The procedure took way to long as he was incompetent. His office staff gave me wrong advice afterwards which contradicted my general dentist.

I've had several extractions done by Dr. Francis, although I am dental phobic, his relaxed, calming approach put me at ease. He's a wizz at IV sedation even though my veins are difficult. I had no complications from any of the surgeries and healed well. The phone call to check on you in the evening is very reassuring.

I was referred to Dr Francis by my dentist for an extraction. Even my first phone call to the office was impressive. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Dr. Francis was very professional, down-to-earth, personable and made me feel at ease. He warned of possible discomfort during numbing. But, I did not even feel the needle...he is great at what he does! The extraction was absolutely painless. Dr. Francis and his assistants gave me instructions for aftercare to take home and verified that I understood everything before leaving. My extraction was at 11am. The numbness was gone by about 1 pm. I had only a slight touch of soreness. No pain medications required including over-the counter. 11 hours later and I have no pain at all. I received a call later in the day from Dr. Francis to see how I was doing. I'm VERY impressed! I would suggest him to anyone needing an extraction.

This doctor didn't feel like he put the patient first. And the staff is unknowing of what goes on around them. When I went in to get my wisdom teeth extracted, no one talked to me and they didn't seem as though they wanted to be there. After surgery I was still under when they took me down for my Mother to have the wrap up meeting. I was very displeased with overall service.

Saw Dr. Francis for wisdom teeth removal (3 of 4 impacted). Nice facilities, insurance wasn't an issue although I did have to put 1/4 of it down the day of the procedure (I wish they had asked for that BEFORE I went under anesthesia, as I was very groggy and disoriented afterwards). Otherwise, things healed nicely and didn't have any complications.
