I had my wisdom teeth pulled with Dr. Murphy. He was awesome. Even called me that evening to follow up. I have had several surgeries and never had that kind of follow up from any Doctor. I would highly recommend him & his staff. Real personable.

Very poor. Implant coordinator does 90% of the communication. They pulled a tooth attempted engraftment, then determined to push a work around solution when his engraftment was a failure. Tried to convince me to pull a healthy tooth nearby, and an attached bridge to an implant to over his his shoddy work. Moved on to a new oral surgeon who did an new engraftment and implant. Implant coordinator is rude and pushy.

Kind of guy that doesn't look you in the eye- he has an implant coordinator for that. He talked to her about my xrays etc the entire appointment as if I wasn't in the room. Never saw him when I came in for impressions, not even a peek in.
Wants all cash up front, couldn't wait for half from health care spending account. Felt like a $$ sign at that point, , can't get through the door without cash in hand, even for models. Got uncomfortable for me feeling quality of care was not the focus here and neither was I as a patient. Got high sales pressure from the implant coor.who was practically yelling at me because I decided to go elsewhere.
Too bad for them, I ended up with 6 implants, couple extractions, bone grafts done by a warm, approachable surgeon who speaks with me directly even by email and has my besy interest at heart.

My wife has been treated by Dr. Murphy for over ten years for a very rare chronic disorder. He has gone way beyond the norm to treat her many times. His patience is extraordinary and his staff is even better. He has implanted a complete jaw replacement and has stood by her for many years.
