I had wisdom teeth removed from Dr. Pell's office in Reston. Dr. Pell was great. His staff was so-so, but I really had a great experience. I am extremely terrified of the Dentist and he took care of me.

The Alexandria office was very dirty, Dr. Pell was running behind on time, and the front office staff was very rude! Will never go back and will never refer anyone....

I had two wisdom teeth extracted from his office. I was very impressed by the doctor and his staff who explained the procedure to me very well. Tooth extraction (esp. the bottom wisdom tooth) is scary, of course, but the doctor and his staff made it less scary. The procedure went well and it took less than 5 mins (I think) to extract the bottom one. Front desk messed up things a little with my insurance but it is okay now. I think the doctor is just great and very professional.

This office managed to mess up almost everything when I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I highly recommend you don't come here. The administrative staff made a lot of mistakes, including forgetting to tell me that I had to have a friend take me home if I went under (that I couldn't take a cab). They also charged me the wrong amount for my prescription (charged me for name brand when I received generic), along with forgetting to give me the extra gauze, instructions on how to take care of my mouth, and my x-rays I brought in. I also had to wait 45 min for a follow up appt.
