I called three oral surgeons offices prior to making my final decision to use Dr. Nelson. My decision was based on staff taking the time to answer my questions in a genuinely caring way. Impressed at consult with staff and Dr. Day of extraction I was extremely nervous. Staff and Dr. were exceptional. I highly recommend this office.

Beautiful new "State of the Art" facility. Friendly and effecient staff. Everything explained very well prior to procedures. Less expensive than many other oral surgeons.

I was really disgusted with the way Dr. Nelson treated me as a patient. I needed additional treatment and he acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him. This staff is cold and not very friendly- like they have better things to do than help you out. I was hurried and rushed around- trying to get the next patient in as quickly as possible. I would really advise anyone to look for a different dentist as this clinic needs to go back to the basics- Customer Service Basic Training Volume 1- before I would give them anymore of my money. Thank you.
