The receptionist put me on hold for 5 minutes. Then I was automatically transferred to a voicemail. I had to hang up and call the office again. I explained politely, I called a few minutes ago and was put on hold& she just cut me off there and said, We have many patients, I said I would speak with you in a minute. How? Miss? I had no idea what happened when I got to a voicemail after a long silent wait. Anyway, she then was connecting me to someone else. I got a voice mail again. A receptionist makes the first impression of a business. She just made a very bad one.
