Wait time for a scheduled appointment is ridiculous! I have waited over an hour for every appointment except two. This is to be seen. Once I am seen the doctor doesn't speak except to his staff. Then leaves until my next appointment. At your request does he answer any questions or concerns.
The results are great, but the customer service is horrible!
